The week of May 8th is Teacher Appreciation Week! Show our staff how much you care by sending them a note of appreciation. Our Teacher Appreciation board is located at the entrance of the main building.

Kathleen Ahern photography will be here Wednesday 5/10 to take graduation photos of the Redwood Class. The children will be posed wearing a cap and gown. NO ponies/pigtails on long hair so the graduation cap fits properly. Children who do not come to school on Wednesdays are welcome to drop in 9:30am – 10:30am to have their photo taken.

Graduation photos will be available online for viewing and purchase at a later date.

The Pre-K will be practicing during the month of May for our Graduation ceremony. Please make sure your child arrives to school on time (by 8:45am)! Late arrivals will miss important practice time. DO NOT BE LATE!

As a reminder we will be closing early on Friday June 2nd to prepare for our Pre-K Graduation Ceremony. Please make arrangements to have your child picked up by 1:00pm and arrive back to school by 3:45pm for our ceremony.

Our Pre-K graduation will be held on Friday June 2nd at 4:00pm, at Growing Years Preschool. Please have your child at school by 3:45pm, so we can prepare them for the ceremony. There is a $15.00 fee to cover the cost of ALL graduation materials including a diploma, cap (Children will NOT wear gowns during the ceremony), other graduation goodies and a pizza party at the end of the school year. Please have your graduation fee turned in by Friday 5/19. CASH PAYMENTS ONLY PLEASE!!

*May is a 5 week tuition month.

*If your child will NOT attend in summer, you will owe 1 week tuition for the month of June (6/ 5 – 6/9). Children are expected attend the last week of school.

Please welcome Miss Mariam to our Achievers Team! Miss Mariam will be helping out in the Willow classroom while she takes ECE courses to become a preschool teacher.

We had a fun and busy month of April! We participated in activities that help us recognize our letters and we're practicing spelling our names. We've started preparing for our graduation ceremony and soon we'll talk about getting ready for Kindergarten.

We had fun getting ready for Easter! We painted eggs, decorated them with glitter, made bunnies and made fun Spring art. We had a lot of fun at our party too! We ate yummy party treats.

We had fun on Superhero day. We showed off our costumes, colored masks and had a fun Superhero Dance Party!

We’ve been enjoying our free art table where we collage with different materials on popsicle sticks.

This month we’ll make a special present for our mom, talk about what we want to be when we grow up and continue to prepare for our graduation ceremony.
